Krystal Phillips is a 2-time ISSE Alumni and a Mississippi native, and the owner & principle planner of Elle Mari Events.  She has a background in  Wedding and Event Planning, Coordination, Event Design, Business & Customer Services.  Krystal has planned & coordinated weddings & events throughout the Central & Southern Mississippi - Louisiana region (also known as the Miss-Lou area).   Her positivity, unique design style, eye for exquisite detail & customization is what her clients love about her. She brings the art of creativity and personalization to every single event making her fabulous at what she does.   She has led her business to many awards, most recently winning the 2015 Bride’s Choice Award by Wedding Wire.  Krystal's passion to assist and keep current brides in the "know" of the latest planning "must haves", led her to create the sought after "Before I Do" interactive wedding workshop series in the Central Mississippi area with her preferred vendor network.  Brides & their guests are introduced to a high level experience of wedding planning where they are able to interact with local vendors while learning the basics of planning a wedding.  Krystal holds a B.A from Tougaloo College and a M.P.A. from Belhaven University.  She is an active member of the Alpha Kappa Alpha, Sorority, Inc. and in her spare time enjoys spending quality time with her family & their 6 year old Yorkie, Polo.
